After my previous post on the Strokes I could hardly not post this.
It is The Strokes lead singer Jules' first single from his solo album out very soon.
Absolutely love it and can imagine dancing to it very badly in indie clubs across London very shortly .......and scaring lots of kids.

I dont think you are the only person who doesnt like the strokes (and its good to be honest about your tastes).
Most people I know cant stand them and all those I do know that say they like them now are full of shit because they gave me a hard time back in the day for liking them. Alot of my friends are music snobs who love to say they were there blahblah but its not true.
I recently found a message board about a gig I saw of the Strokes in late 2001- it had 2500 people saying how amazing it was and how it was an honour to be there which was funny as I saw with my own eyes only about a hundred people there!!

Slightly embaressed to say I downloaded their album for a bit of a comedy fix, and also downloaded the "I Am T-Pain" app for the iPhone because of "Im on a boat"
To be fair, it is a rather amusing app to play around with when stoned!!

Will check out the app- but dont like their other songs although "getting punched in the face whilst eating" was pretty good sketch.
