Yep- Superman is a huge boy scout- albeit a boy scout who seems to kill his friends alot!
God,that brylcreem song is terrible and should be reported for false advertising.
I used brylcreem for a few months when I was about 12 or 13. It dries in about 10 minutes leaving green flakes in your hair and didnt really hold anything in place.
Made me look as if the Toxic Avenger had patted me on the head repeatedly...-

In my (brief) short hair days I tried a product called Dax on a friend's recommendation. It's like Brylcreem only with the added feature that you have to wash your hair about 10 times to get the filthy stuff out. Disgusting!

Haha,
I use Dax! its the only thing that works- my hair is a tangled mess.
Trick is to use a microscopic amount and mix it in your hands first. It is hard to get out tho-
